Obituary - Peter Nicol, Aboyne and Grampian.
The members and sponsors of the Grampian Games were greatly saddened today by the news of the very sudden death of Peter Nicol aged 82. Peter has been an exceptional supporter of Highland Games for 70 years---programme seller in 1947, cyclist, secretary of Aboyne Games , Secretay of Grampian for some 30 years, judge in Tokyo, Honoured Life Member of Aboyne ,Braemar and Grampian Games and awarded a well deserved MBE in June 2017. Our thoughts are with Helen and Mandy, Kenny and James.
